Mr. Venkatraman Hegde

(ACS, LLB, M.Com, BBM)

The founder partner, Mr. Venkatraman Hegde is a Commerce graduate and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS-38000) and is practicing as a full time Company Secretary since 2014 (CP No. 14223).

Having 5+ years of post-qualification experience, he has handled various matters under the ambit of Company Law, FEMA, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and other Legislations focusing mainly in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Due Diligence Audits, Secretarial Audits and also acquired a wide exposure in liasioning with NCLT, Regional Directors, Registrar of Companies and other regulatory authorities.

The founder partner, Mr. Vinayak Bhat is a Commerce graduate and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS-38361) and is practicing as a full time Company Secretary since 2014 (CP No. 14286).

He has an experience of over 5 years in the areas of legal, secretarial, capital markets and other corporate affairs.

He has been actively engaged in dealing with company law matters and obtaining approvals and registrations with various governmental, statutory, regulatory and administrative authorities like Registrar of Companies, Regional Directors, and Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Reserve Bank of India, NCLT and other statutory Authorities and representing before the said Authorities on behalf of clients.
